A pair of military boots, called military or standard products, should meet the following conditions:
1. Produced by regular military-industrial enterprises, or by designated units of the military;
2. The quality and performance of the product have reached the military standard and passed the inspection;
3. Through the circulation of the regular military supply system, the active troops are officially allocated.
Only those that meet the first two items can be called military products; those that meet all of the three items can be called standard products. Only those that meet the first item, but not 2 and 3, can be called civilian products; and those that do not meet all 3 items can be called civilian products. It is pure fake, or called "imitation". From the outside, the identification method of military boots and military shoes is: military boots and leather shoes distributed by the army, the stitches are directly exposed on the soles, in professional terms, they are called "bright soles". Taking officers' leather shoes as an example, the General Rear Quartermaster Department designed the 87-style officer's leather shoes in 1987. According to the SGB2-102-87 standard, the appearance style is still three-joint, with adhesive and seam structure, and the upper is chrome-tanned black cattle. Front leather, the outsole is flat vulcanized rubber sole, the heel is formed, and the pattern is cross-lattice.
After the factory makes finished products, the quality of the finished shoes must be inspected. Only when they meet the standards can they be distributed to troops. The defective shoes that do not meet the standards are sold to the society as civilian products. In addition, the outsole of military shoes also has strict requirements on the materials: the outsole of genuine military shoes is made of natural rubber, with a rubber content of not less than 38%; the outsole of military and civilian shoes and most civilian shoes is mostly used. Recycled rubber, the rubber content is only about 15 to 20%. Taking the common strongman marine boots as an example, the sole of the boot is rotated on a high-speed grinding machine. If the hand feels sluggish and there is less dust, it can be judged as a military version; if it feels smooth and the dust is large, it can be judged as a civilian product.
